氧化铝生产流程中锌的存在形态及去除

摘    要：分析了广西平果铝业公司氧化铝生产中 锌含量多次波动的原因，研究了锌在铝土矿及氧化铝生产流程中的存在形态，确定了溶出矿浆、循环母液中锌水平高低的决定性因素．结果表明：铝土矿中以闪锌矿、菱锌矿和异极矿形式存在的锌，与氢氧化钠反应后都转化成与铝酸钠类似的锌酸钠；各阶段中硫的含量，尤其是S^2-的含量是决定溶出矿浆循环母液中锌水平高低的关键因素，流程中S^2-保持一定浓度有利于抑制锌含量的升高，从理论上证实了S^2-的作用．给出了维持生产正常运转的对策．

Abstract: The behavior of zinc during the production of alumina was studied. It exists as the form of Na₂Zn(OH)₄ in strong alkaline process. By means of chemical analysis, the cause of frequent fluctuation of zinc during alumina production in Guangxi Pingguo Aluminium Corporation was discovered, which was caused by the fluctuation of S^2- concentration. Proper quantity of S^2- can keep the content of zinc under control, which verified theoretically. Corresponding measurements can be taken to keep the production running smoothly.
