Cu-Te-Zr合金的预变形与时效特性

摘    要:研究预变形及时效过程对Cu-0.5Te-0.2Zr合金的力学性能、导电性能及组织结构的影响。结果表明:Cu-0.5Te-0.2Zr合金具有较强的时效强化效应;经70%预冷变形+(450 ℃,4 h)时效处理,Cu-0.5Te-0.2Zr合金获得最佳的综合性能,此时其抗拉强度和屈服强度分别达到405和339 MPa,伸长率为11%,电导率为95%IACS。合金的力学与导电性能主要由时效过程中过饱和固溶原子的析出、基体的回复与再结晶控制,其中析出相对合金的力学性能与导电性能有最重要的影响。

Abstract: The effects of pre-deformation and aging treatment on mechanical and conductive properties and microstructure of alloy were studied. The results show that the Cu-0.5Te-0.2Zr alloy has better aging strengthening effects. The Cu-0.5Te-0.2Zr alloy that was pre-deformed with 70% deformation and aged at 450 ℃ for 4 h has the best comprehensive properties with tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and electrical conductivity of 405 MPa, 339 MPa, 11% and 95%IACS, respectively. Those mechanical and conductive properties are controlled by the precipitation of supersaturated solid solution atoms, recovery of matrix and recrystallization in the aging. Moreover, the precipitation is the most important factor.
