端盘截齿切削海底块状硫化物载荷特性

摘    要:为了探求高海水围压条件下端盘截齿切削海底块状硫化物(SMS)的载荷特性,研究不同切向安装角、轴向倾斜角和二次旋转角对截齿载荷的影响。基于ABAQUS平台,采用用户定义子程序方法,编制考虑损伤软化和压力强化的块状硫化物矿体本构模型,利用自定义的本构模型建立单个单元的三轴压缩仿真实验对模型可行性进行论证。基于自定义本构模型模拟不同安装参数下端盘截齿旋转切削SMS矿体的动态过程。研究结果表明:围压和端盘截齿安装参数对截齿所受三向阻力和波动系数均有较大影响;随着围压增加,截齿所受到三向阻力增大,载荷波动减小;当圆周切向安装角为45°,轴向倾斜角为10°,二次旋转角为5°时,截齿载荷波动较小,单侧截割效率较高。本研究可为端盘截齿结构改良和安装参数选取提供参考依据。

Abstract: In order to explore the load characteristics of transverse flange pick cutting seafloor massive sulfide(SMS) under the condition of high sea confining pressure and study the influences of tangential installation angle, axial tilt angle and secondary rotating angle of transverse flange pick on pick loads, the constitutive model of SMS orebody with consideration of the damage softening and pressure hardening was established, and the single unit simulation was performed using user-defined contitutive model based on the ABAQUS platform to verify the model, then user-defined constitutive model was used to study dynamic process of transverse flange pick load characteristics changing with the installation parameters. The results show that the confining pressure and the installation parameters have great impacts on the three-direction resistance and the load fluctuation coefficient of the pick. With the increase of confining pressure, the three-direction resistance of the pick increases and the load fluctuation coefficient decreases. When the tangential installation angle is 45°with the axial tilt angle being 10° and the secondary rotating angle being 5°, the load fluctuation is smaller and the pick unilateral cutting efficiency is higher. The research can offer references for improving pick structure and choosing suitable installation parameters.
