喷涂铝覆盖层在实海浪花飞溅区的腐蚀行为

摘    要:采用热喷涂工艺制备铝涂层,并对部分试样涂刷有机涂层(氯化橡胶面漆)进行封闭处理;通过外海现场挂片试验研究其防腐性能,并利用电子扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对涂层表面形貌及腐蚀产物进行观测分析。研究结果表明:喷铝涂层的结构以平行层面的层片形状为主,局部有不规则颗粒和条丝状体;喷铝涂层与基体相互间结合以机械咬合为主,有机层封闭喷铝涂层的孔隙和缺陷,有效隔绝腐蚀介质的侵入,起到了有效的防腐效果。

Abstract: The aluminum coatings were prepared, parts of them were sealed with organic coatings (chlorinated rubber paints), and the corrosion behavior was studied by out-sea in-situ plates test. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were employed to assess the coatings. The results show that the aluminum coating is mainly layer shaped with some irregular granule and protofilament. The aluminum coating connects with the body mechanically. The organic coating isolates corrosion medium from the base and improves the protection effect through sealing the defects of the aluminum coating.
