旋转摩擦挤压制备MWCNTs/Al复合材料的界面微观结构

摘    要:采用旋转摩擦挤压法制备多壁碳纳米管增强铝基(MWCNTs/Al)复合材料,通过高分辨透射电镜观察MWCNTs/Al复合材料的界面结构,并对界面反应进行研究。结果表明:在MWCNTs/Al复合材料中Al-C之间发生界面反应,两者之间的反应产物为Al4C3,其晶面间距为0.827nm,为(003)晶面;Al基体的(111)晶面与MWCNTs的(002)晶面及Al4C3的(003)晶面的界面结合良好,界面存在MWCNTs(002)∥Al4C3(003)的晶体学位相关系。

Abstract: The multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) reinforced Al matrix composites were prepared by rotational friction extrusion (RFE). The interface microstructures of MWCNTs/Al composites were observed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The interface reaction was analyzed. The results show that the interface reaction occurs between the Al-C in MWCNTs/Al composites. The reaction product is Al4C3, with spaced interplanar of 0.827nm, which as (003) crystal plane of Al4C3. The interface combination among Al(111) planes, MWCNTs(002) planes and Al4C3(003) planes is well. There is crystallographic orientation relationship of MWCNTs(002) parallel to Al4C3(003) at the interface.
