碳酸钙-酸性水玻璃注浆材料对比试验

摘    要:研究碳酸钙-酸性水玻璃注浆材料胶凝时间随着加入碳酸钙质量的变化规律, 同时,选择凝胶时间适宜的胶体,测定纯胶凝体强度随着时间的变化关系,并选择较好的配比作固砂强度测试实验。此外,还作水玻璃-乙二醛浆液的对比试验。研究结果表明:浆液的胶凝时间并非随着碳酸钙质量的减少而均匀增加,而是会突然增长,这是由于碳酸钙在提高溶胶pH过程中存在一个突变范围;纯胶凝体随着时间的增长,强度相应增加,同时随着碳酸钙质量的增加,纯胶凝体的强度也相应增加,这与碳酸钙-酸性水玻璃体系的反应机理密切相关,体系中的活性Ca+与一系列的硅酸根离子反应形成硅酸盐沉淀,沉淀颗粒充斥于溶胶体中形成骨架。而浆液固砂体强度与碳酸钙加入量的变化关系不明显。

Abstract: Change law of congealing time with the change of carbonic-acid-calcium quality for carbonic acid calcium-acid water glass grouting material was researched. The better mixture ratio was chosen to test the firming sand intensity. Finally, the contrast test of the water glass-two aldehyde was performed. The results show that serous congealing time does not increase evenly with reduction of consumption of calcium carbonic acid, but increases suddenly, because there is sudden exceeding range in the course of carbonic acid calcium improving sol pH. Meanwhile, the change relation of intensity of pure congealing body with time is measured when congealing time is suitable. The intensity of pure congealing body increases corresponding to the growth of time and the increase of quantity calcium carbonic acid too, which is closely related with the reaction mechanism of calcium carbonic acid-acid water glass system. The active Ca+ of system and a series of silicic acid root ion react on each other to form silicate precipitate. The precipitate particle is full of congealing body. The change relation of firming sand intensity and the quantity of calcium carbonic acid is not obvious.
