复杂煤矿区帷幕注浆浆液及其隔水机理

摘    要:结合某煤矿区多年难以治理的水害隐患及其复杂的地质条件,以普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰和外加剂作为材料,通过室内实验方法先后配制单液水泥浆液、水泥水玻璃浆液和水泥粉煤灰浆液,并对基浆液的性能指标进行测试分析。根据矿区内的岩层及煤系地层的含(隔)水层水文地质特征,采用下行式分段注浆方案,即对顶板软弱层采用高压旋喷注浆技术,对岩层或煤系地层则采用自流式静压注浆相结合的复合注浆技术,当出现注浆量突变时采用投入骨料(河砂)、间歇式注浆和添加速凝剂等施工预案。研究结果表明:浆液对土体的作业机理主要表现为喷射切割作用、搅拌置换固结作用、渗透作用、劈裂作用与挤密作用;煤系地层的注浆量主要与采空区内的位置、导水裂缝带高度和注浆序列有关,帷幕墙能抵御该地区多次特大洪水的侵袭。

Abstract: Based on the study for a coal mine in treating water hazard for many years and its complex geological conditions using the ordinary portland cement, fly ash and admixture as materials, the single liquid cement slurry, cement water glass slurry and cement fly ash slurry were confected through the indoor test, and the slurry performances were analyzed. According to the mining areas hydrogeological characteristics within the strata and coal measures strata containing (isolation) aquifer,the downstriker segmented grouting scheme was adopted, i.e. high pressure jet grouting technology was used on the roof of the weak layer, static pressure grouting combined grouting technology was used for rock or coal measures strata toke, accelerator scheme was used for investment aggregate (sand) when grouting amount suddenly changed. The results show that the operation mechanism of slurry on soils is mainly jet cutting effect, mixing replacement consolidation, penetration, splitting and compaction effect, and the coal formation grouting content is related to the goaf position, height of water flowing fractured zone and the grouting sequences.Curtain wall can resist the most special major floods in the area several times.
