摘    要:本文研究了Al-0.10 wt-%Sc合金在不同状态下的时效行为和拉伸性能。观测了合金在250~400℃时效的硬化曲线和320℃时效后的室温拉伸性能;利用扫描电镜与透射电镜分别观察了拉伸断口和显微组织。结果表明,含Sc铝合金有明显的时效硬化作用;Sc与铝结合形成稳定LI2结构的Al3Sc相,Al3Sc粒子的平均直径约为12~16nm,它对合金的时效强化起着重大作用,该粒子粗化过程非常缓慢,使合金具有良好的热稳定性。

Abstract: The ageing behavior and tensile properties of Al-0. 10 wt-%Sc alloy under different age-ing condtions were studied by Vicker's hardness measurement, tensile test, scanning elec-tron microscope (SEM) and transmission elecfron microscopy (TEM) analysis. The articleobserved mainly precipitation behaviour at 250, 320, 400℃ for various ageing time and roomtemperature tensile properties after ageing at 320℃. The results showed that Al-0. 1 wt-%Sc alloy had evident ageing hardening response.Element Sc combined with Al formed Al3Sc particles with stable LI2 structure. The mean di-ameter of the particles was 12~16 nm. The coarse process of the particles were more slow.The stable Al3Sc particles were favourale to the thermal stability of the alloy.
