长流程生产过程多重大时滞系统时间协调参数自调整控制策略

摘    要:针对长流程生产过程多重大时滞系统难以闭环稳定控制的问题,说明多重大时滞系统形成的物理本质,分析系统的组成结构,引入脉冲响应等效系统的概念,提出多重时间协调参数自调整控制算法(M-TCPA)。该算法根据不同的时滞特性,通过时间协调原则修改n个控制器的输出。利用n个脉冲响应等效系统分别修改n个控制器的参数,使n个脉冲响应等效系统和多重大时滞系统匹配,跟踪被控制对象参数变化,保证系统控制精度和稳定性。研究结果表明:该控制算法是递推算法,计算量小,便于在线实现。将该控制策略应用于氧化铝生产连续碳酸化分解过程,氧化铝合格率提高了1.5%。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the closed-loop stable control for multiple long time delay system in long flow production process, the physical nature of the multiple long time delay system and its constitute structure were explained, and the algorithm of multiple time correspondence and parameter self-adjustment (M-TCPA) was proposed by introducing the concept of pulse response equivalent system. The algorithm adjusted the output of the n controllers through time correspondence principle based on different time delay characteristics. Parameters of the n controllers were adjusted by n pulse response equivalent systems respectively to match n pulse response equivalent systems with multiple long time delay system, so n controllers could track parameter changes of the controlled plant to ensure control accuracy and stability of the system. The results show that the control algorithm is recursive algorithm with a few calculations and easy to realize on line. The control strategy is applied in the procedure course of continuous carbonation decomposition in the process of alumina which makes product passed rate rise by 1.5%.
