新型高强高韧铝镁硅合金的组织和性能

摘    要:在6063合金基础上设计出一种新的Al-Mg-Si系合金。合金经熔炼铸造和挤压加工后分别进行退火、自然时效、人工时效处理,优化自然时效时间,并利用金相显微镜、X线衍射仪、扫描电镜及电子万能实验机对合金微观组织、断口形貌和力学性能进行检测分析。研究结果表明:新合金与6063合金相比具有更高的强度和塑性,人工时效态抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到314.32 MPa和19.63%,自然时效态抗拉强度、伸长率分别为277.26 MPa和28.61%(稳定值);新合金最佳自然时效时间为72 h。

Abstract: A new type of Al-Mg-Si alloy was designed based on 6063 alloy. After extrusion, a range of heat treatment conditions such as O, T4 and T6 state were carried out, and the natural aging time was optimized. The microstructures, fracture and mechanical properties of the alloy were analyzed with optical microscope, X-ray diffractrometry, scanning electron microscopy and electronic testing machine. The results show that compared with 6063 alloy, the new alloy has a higher strength and ductility. The tensile strength and elongation of the new alloy reach 314.32 MPa and 19.63% at T6 state respectively, and they are 277.26 MPa and 28.61% (stable value) at T4 state, respectively. The best natural aging time is 72 h.
