改性活性炭催化水解羰基硫

摘    要:采用浸渍法制备锰金属氧化物改性活性炭催化剂,从反应温度、空速、水汽含量、羰基硫(COS)质量浓度和稳定性等方面考察催化剂脱硫性能。实验结果表明,该催化剂在温度为40~70 ℃,空速为1 000~2 500 h-1,相对湿度为2.40%~6.20%,COS质量浓度为0.9~2.5 g/m3下具有较高的脱硫精度;该催化剂适用于黄磷尾气中微量COS的脱除,催化剂中毒的机理可能是COS在脱除过程中氧化生成的硫酸盐毒化了表面碱性羟基活性位。

Abstract: The activated carbon modified by manganese oxide was prepared using immersion method. The effects of reaction temperature, gas hourly space velocity, relative humidity, COS concentration and stability on the desulfurization performance were investigated. The results show that the catalyst has good performances under the condition of the temperature 40-70 ℃, gas hourly space velocity of 1 000-2 500 h-1, relative humidity of 2.40%-6.20%, COS concentration of 0.9-2.5 g/m3. The Mn/AC catalyst is applicable to removing COS in yellow phosphorus tail gas. Moreover, deactivation of the catalyst is due to the gradual poisoning of the surface alkalescence hydroxyl by the formation of sulfate along with the COS removal.
