铝粉空气烧结及其机理探讨

摘 要:本文通过烧结试验,确定了铝粉空气烧结的最佳工艺条件。借助于溶解模型试验及金相和扫描电镜的检测,对铝基混合粉的液相烧结机理进行了实验研究和动力学分析。初步揭示了镁对烧结的活化作用在于:1.加快固相向液相的溶解速度;2.还原和破坏铝粉表面的氧化膜,加大固、液相之间的反应面积;3.降低固、液相之间的界面能,加强液相向固相颗粒间界的渗透作用。
Abstract: The optimum technological conditions of the air sintering of aluminiumpowder were determined by sintering experiments. The experimentalinvestigation on the liquid sintering mechanisms of the Al-based mixedpowder was carried out by means of metallographic and SEM examination,etc., and the theoretical kinetic analyses were made. It was found that theeffect of magnesium-activation included 3 aspects: 1. accelerating the rateof the solution of solid into liquid; 2. reducing and destroying the surfaceoxide film of aluminium powder so as to increase the reacting areabetween solid and liquid; 3. decreasing the interface energy between thesolid and liquid, so increasing the infiltration of liquid into the interpar-ticle boundaries.
