逆流式自然通风冷却塔热力性能的三维数值模拟

摘    要:基于冷却塔内两相传热传质理论和CFD软件特点,建立适用于逆流式自然通风冷却塔热力特性计算的三维数值计算模型。经过验证后,应用该计算模型对某一逆流式自然通风冷却塔内气液两相流动及传热传质情况进行三维数值模拟,计算分析塔内速度场、温度场分布,研究塔内竖井结构的影响,对比分析3种不同的填料和配水方式对塔内流动及传热传质的影响。研究结果表明:所建立的数值计算模型可以较准确地计算分析冷却塔的热力特性;冷却塔中心区域湿空气速度较小,换热效率较差;采用合适的填料不等高布置和分区配水的方法可以有效地改善冷却塔内部的速度分布,强化传热传质,提高冷却塔的冷却性能。

Abstract: Based on the heat and mass transfer theory in counter flow natural draft cooling tower and characteristics of CFD software, a three-dimensional numerical computation model was established. After validation, this computation model was used to analyze the distributions of flow and temperature field in a running cooling tower. The gas-liquid flow,heat and mass transfer process under three different fills and water distribution methods were analyzed. The results show that the thermal performance of cooling tower can be correctly calculated using this computation model. The wet air velocity is relatively lower and heat changing efficiency is poor in the central area of cooling tower. The velocity distribution and cooling efficiency can be improved by the non-uniform fill and water distribution methods.
