热处理对流变压铸2024变形铝合金组织及性能的影响

摘    要:采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等,研究热处理对流变压铸2024变形铝合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明:流变压铸成形的2024变形铝合金在495 ℃固溶处理12 h后,共晶相θ(CuAl2)相和S(CuAl2Mg)相在α(Al)基体中充分固溶,初生颗粒与二次凝固区颗粒也存在合并长大现象;经190 ℃时效处理8 h后,合金强度较高;时效处理16 h时,合金硬度达到峰值,合金析出相主要在晶界以不连续析出为主,合金具有较好的固溶强化作用。

Abstract: The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2024 wrought aluminum alloy produced by rheo-diecasting (RDC) were investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD), and so on. The results show that when the RDC 2024 wrought aluminum is solution-treated at 495 ℃ for 12 h, the eutectic θ(CuAl2) phase and S(CuAl2Mg) phase are gradually solution-treated into the α(Al) matrix, and the primary particles and the secondary solidification particles grow. The excellent mechanical properties of alloy are obtained as aging treated at 190℃ for 8 h, and the peak value of harness is obtained when the aging time is 16 h. The discontinuous precipitation mainly distributes at the grain boundaries, and the alloy has the excellent solution strengthening property.
