连续挤压D97多孔扁管组织性能的研究

摘 要:就汽车空调器用D97铝合金多孔扁管连续挤压(ConForm)的工艺参数对机械性能的影响,以及其耐蚀性进行了研究。结果表明,D97的耐蚀性比纯铝的高,加入细化剂可提高塑性和耐蚀性,D97可望成为制造多孔扁管的材料。
Abstract: The effect of parameters in Conform processes on the mechanical properties and thestructure of D97 muIti-hole flattened tubes has been investigated in this paper.The experi-mental results showed that plasticity and anticorrosion of D97 alloy were good.Therefore,the D97 aluminium allov can be used as the materials of the multi-hole flattened tubes for air-conditioners of automobiles .
