摘    要：研究了Cu-SN混合粉坯块烧结胀大的机理;提出了“物态体积效应”模型.生产条件下,Cu-SN混合粉坯块烧结胀大,主要是“物态体积效应”作用的结果.

Abstract: Mechanisms of expansion occurring in sintering compacts from mixture of copper pow-der and tin powder were discussed.A model of volume effect of state was presented.It wasdiscovered that the expansive phenomenon in the industrial production condition results fromvolume effect of state.
