摘 要:研究了电子束焊接工艺对FeNi36/Cu/Mn72Cu18Ni10横拼电阻型热双金属焊缝质量与性能的影响.结果表明:在电子束焊接参数V,IL,v一定时,随着IB增加,焊缝的饱满性、抗拉强度以及抗弯强度不断提高,电阻率ρ也相应增加.以实施双面焊接工艺的焊缝具有较佳的综合性能.
Abstract: The effects ofthe electron beamwelding process onweld line quality and properties of resistance-type thermal bimetal strips of the laterally welded FeNi36/Cu/Mn72Cu18Ni10 were investigated. The results indicated that when theelectron bean welding paramatersV, IB,vremain constant, the full weight , tensile strength, bending strength and resistivityρof the weld line increasewiththe increasing of IB. The applying double-facewelding processⅦleads to higher synthetic quality of weld line.
