摘    要:研究了黄铁矿在振动磨中机械活化后的物理化学性质变化.黄铁矿经机械活化后,其DTA曲线上氧化放热岭的峰位前移,并且出现了两个新的放热峰,这两个新峰的强度随着活几时间的延长而不断增加;机械活化后,黄铁矿的晶格常数增加;机械活化还使黄铁矿与硝醚的反应能力增强,可以在低的硝酸浓度、低的浸出温度和短的浸出时间下得到高的浸出率.经振动磨活化40min,黄铁矿与硝酸反应的活化能就可由未活化时的69kJ/mo1降至活化后的48kJ/mo1.

Abstract: he changes in physical chemical properties of pyrite mechanically activated in a vibra-tion mill were studied.The exothermic effect on the DTA curve for non-activated pyrite in air is correspondent to the oxidation of pyrite to sulphate. In comparison to non-activatedsample,the temperature for exothermic effect decrease with incresing activation time. In addition, two new exothermic effects appear on the DTA curves for activated samples. X-ray analysis declares that the lattice constant increase from 5.4174 A to 5.4244 A after mechan-icallv activated for 40 min.Mechanical activation has greatly enhanced the leaching processof pyrite in nitric acid. The activation energy decreases from 69 kJ/mol to 48 kJ/mol afteractivation. The leaching rate becomes less dependent on temperature.
