纯钛板材及箔材生产工艺现状

摘    要：介绍纯钛板材及箔材的生产工艺及相关生产设备。采用750~840℃的热轧温度,多辊轧机冷轧工艺并于600~750℃进行真空退火可获得各种成品钛材。热轧、退火、除鳞、冷轧、清洗、真空退火等后续处理工艺是制备纯钛板材及箔材的可行工艺。

Abstract: The process and related equipments of pure titanium plates and foils are introduced.The titanium products can be prepared by 750~840℃ hot rolling and cold rolling with multi-roll mill and vacuum annealing at 600~750℃.The technology of hot rolling,annealing,pickling,cold rolling,cleaning,vacuum annealing and other process is the feasible process for preparation of titanium sheet and foil.
