受腐蚀的铰缝结构的受力性能分析

摘    要:对受腐蚀的铰缝结构的受力性能进行试验研究和有限元分析。通过考虑材料弹塑性、非线性以及界面接触等的影响,揭示后浇铰缝与预制板之间纵向抗剪黏结力对结构整体性的影响规律。研究结果表明:腐蚀作用造成的后浇铰缝与预制板之间黏结力下降,由此导致铰缝传递水平剪力的能力大大降低,预制板结构体系的受力形式有可能由整体受力向水平面内组合板受力形式转变。

Abstract: The effect of corrosion environment on mid-hinge joint was studied through experiment and finite element analysis. The plasticity, nonlinear, accurate concrete constitutive model and complex interaction of the new and old concrete were studied to reveal the effect law of horizontal cohesive force on the structure integrity. The results show that recession of the adherent force between old and new concrete has deep influence on the structure integrity deeply. This influence converts the integrated structure to a composite one and results in the capacity recession of transferring horizontal shear.
