浮选剂的结构与性能(Ⅰ)

摘    要：本文用分子轨道理论指数和基团电负性研究浮选结构-活性关系三种因素中的价键因素和疏水-亲水因素。用计算数据组成一组药剂活性判据,预测药剂浮选行为(作用专属性,选择性和能力大小)以及解释机理,讨论药剂在矿物表面化学吸附时键合原子位置,价键种类,分子中极性/非极性结构关系及各原子间的相互影响等,为寻找特定性能药剂指出途径。

Abstract: In this paper,the bonding factor and hydrophobic—hydrophilic factor inthree kinds factors of structure—activity relationship of flotation reagentswas investigated by means of the molecular orbital theoritical index andelectronegativity of group.The criterions of reagents activity was comprisedwith calculated data.These criterions was employed to infer the flotationeffectiveness of reagents(speciaeity,selectivity and capability)and to eluci-date their mechanism.It has been discussed that when reagents are chemi-sorpted on the mineral surface the position of bonding atom,the kind of bon-ding,the polar/nonpolar structure relationship and effect between atoms.According to the characteristics of reagent structure,it has found the wayto search new reagents.
