比较浮选药剂捕收性的电负性指数γ和疏水性指数?T及其验证

摘    要:以基团电负性原理为基础,综合考虑价键因素和亲水-疏水平衡因素,提出比较浮选药剂捕收性的疏水性指数ΔT和电负性指数γ。疏水性指数ΔT表示2种捕收剂间非极性基等效碳链长度差与达到适宜亲水-疏水平衡值(HLB)时所需碳链长度差的总和,在推导过程中,应用特定条件分区间讨论的方法,消除待定常数KФ0对ΔT精度的影响。电负性指数γ是药剂基团电负性xg以及矿物离子电负性xN和xM的函数,其中药剂基团电负性xg的计算采用本文提出的精度提高的计算通式。研究结果表明:疏水性指数ΔT和电负性指数γ衡量浮选药剂捕收性的物理化学意义明确,应用所提出的方法,比较螯合捕收剂COBA和HOBA、胺类捕收剂的捕收性能,计算结果合理,证明了所提出的比较浮选剂捕收能力的新方法是合理的。

Abstract: Based on the principle of group electronegativity, the electronegative index γ and hydrophobicity index ΔT were presented by comprehensively analyzing the valence bond factor and hydrophilic-hydrophobic factor. Hydrophobicity index ΔT indicates the summation of non-polar equivalent carbon chain length difference and the difference of chain lengths of appropriate value of hydrophilic-hydrophobic balance HLB between two collectors. The influence of undetermined constant KФ0 on the accuracy of ΔT is eliminated by interval calculation. Electronegative index γ is the function of the group electronegativity of collectors xg and the electronegativity of minerals ion xN, xM. The group electronegativity xg is calculated by higher-precision formula proposed in this paper. The results show that the physical chemistry meaning of electronegative index γ and hydrophobicity index ΔT are clear when comparing the collectivity of different reagents. Based on the new method of γ and ΔT, the collectivity of chelants COBA and HOBA, and alpine collectors are compared. The calculation results are reasonable, which proves that it is feasible to use the new methods to compare the collectivity of different reagents.
