浮选剂的结构与性能(Ⅱ)

摘    要：本文讨论浮选剂结构活性三种结构因素中的立体因素,介绍基团电负性—基团直径图及各种理论判据的综合应用。根据结构特点用定量判据为寻找特定性能药剂指出途径。对100种有机硫化物进行预测筛选,最后以硫代水杨酸为例,说明寻找特定捕收剂的过程及实验结果。硫代水杨酸对方铅矿有良好捕收性,对黄铜矿仅在酸性中有弱捕收性,对黄铁矿基本无捕收性。

Abstract: In this paper,the structure-activity of flotation reagent was discussed by using steric factor(a from of three inds factor),diagram of electrone-gativity-diameter of groups and the comprehenslve utilization of the variouscriterions.According to the characteristic of structur,the way of searchingfor new reagents by using uantitative riterions has been shown here.100kinds of organic compounds which contain sulphur are prejudged.Finally,forexample,the experimental result of the thiosalicylic acid is used to elucidatethe process of the earch for a special collector.Thiosalicylic acid is agood collector for galena,for chalcopyrite only at acidic medium aveslight collecting effect,at alkaline medium no collecting effect,for pyrite nocollecting effect at all.
