摘    要:采用有限差分方法计算了纯金属在纤维预制块内单向压力浸渗过程中浸渗区域内的温度分布 ,讨论了压力浸渗参数对温度分布的影响。结果表明 ,浸渗区域中的温度分布由对流传热和传导传热的相对强弱所决定 ,对流传热越强 ,传导传热越弱 ,浸渗区域中靠近入口区域的高温区越大 ,温度降低越集中在浸渗区域的前沿 ,否则整个浸渗区域中温度都会明显降低。由计算结果可以看出 ,增大外加压力 ,选用体积热容大而热传导系数低的基体金属或体积热容和热传导系数较小的增强纤维 ,有利于压力浸渗过程的顺利进行。

Abstract: The temperature fields during unidirectional squeeze infiltration of pure metals into fibrous preforms were numerically calculated by the finite difference method, and the effects of squeeze infiltration parameters on infiltration velocity and temperature field were discussed. The results reveal that the temperature fields in infiltrated zones are determined by the relative intensities of the convection heat transfers and the heat conductions. The difference of temperature gradients in infiltrated zones becomes larger when the convection heat transfer becomes stronger or the heat conduction becomes weaker. The calculated results reveal that there are several ways to assure a successful infiltration, for example, larger pressure is applied on the molten metals, the matrix metals whose volume heat capacities are large or the heat conductivities are little are selected, or the reinforcement fibers whose volume heat capacities and thermal conductivities are little are selected.
