摘 要:液态挤压复合材料浸渗过程是影响基体金属凝固及纤维均匀分布的重要因素。从实际工艺的需要出发 ,建立了液态挤压成形复合材料浸渗过程的数学模型 ,并用相似性解法对其温度场进行了数值模拟 ,得到了浸渗过程温度变化规律以及浸渗压力和纤维体积分数对温度场影响的曲线。
Abstract: The infiltration process in the liquid extrusion of composites is the key factor that influences the solidification of metal matrix and distribution of fibres. The infiltration model in liquid extrusion of composites was built according to the need of practical technology design, the numerical simulation of its temperature fields was carried out with the similarity solution, and then the temperature variation rule and the effect of infiltration pressure and fibre volume fraction on temperature fields was got.
