基于偏移活化能对SiC球团干燥进行动态分析

摘    要:基于偏移活化能,在不同风温(130,150,170和190 ℃)和风速(0.06,0.125,0.19和0.25 m/s)下对炼钢辅料SiC球团的干燥过程进行动态分析,系统研究SiC球团内部水分迁移行为。研究结果表明:SiC球团干燥过程中的偏移活化能与其干燥速率曲线表现出相似的规律,分为下降、恒定和升高部分,并分别与干燥速率曲线的升速、恒速和降速阶段相对应。当干燥速率处在恒速阶段时,偏移活化能随风速和风温的升高而降低,其值基本在6×105~7×105 J/kg之间,同时干燥速率随偏移活化能的降低而提高;风速和风温越高,在干燥降速阶段偏移活化能升高越快,干燥速率下降越快。

Abstract: Based on apparent warp activation energy, dynamic analysis and moisture migration of SiC pellets drying were conducted at different air temperatures (130, 150, 170 and 190 ℃) and wind speed (0.06, 0.125, 0.19 and 0.25 m/s). The results show that apparent warp activation energy which is the same as drying rate curve is divided into descending stage, constant stage and rising stage. The apparent warp activation of the constant velocity stage is decreased with the increase of wind speed and temperature. In addition, apparent warp activation is between 6×105 J/kg and 7×105 J/kg. The decrease of activation energy can promote the increase of drying rate. The higher the wind speed and wind temperature are, the faster the apparent warp activation energy declines and drying rate increases in the decelerated stage.
