摘 要:对碳酸稀土微波干燥脱水进行试验研究,分析了物料重量、物料厚度、辐射时间对脱水率的影响,并与常规干燥脱水进行比较得出微波干燥具有脱水效率高,热能利用率高等结论。
Abstract: This paper analyzes the effects of material weight, material thickness and irradiation time on the rate of dehydration by the experiments on microwave drying of rare earth carbonate. A comparative study is performed on microwave drying and conventional drying. The results show that the microwave drying boasts the advantages of high rates of dehydration and energy efficiency.
