闭开联合楔横轧光轴轧件工艺参数对力能参数的影响

摘    要:在阐明闭式轧制轴向凸起与稳定轧制条件基础上,采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件建立楔横轧轧制具有轴端坯料成形光轴的有限元模型,分析轴端长度、台阶倾角、台阶长度、断面收缩率等轧件工艺参数对力能参数的影响规律,并进行1:1轧制实验。研究结果表明:在轧制过程中,最大力能参数随着轴端长度与台阶倾角的增大而减小,随着台阶长度的增大先增大后减小,随着断面收缩率的增大而增大;其中断面收缩率对轧制力和轧制力矩影响最大,其次为轴端长度、台阶倾角,且轴端长度的影响大于台阶倾角的影响,台阶长度的影响最小;模拟轧制力矩与实测结果吻合较好,验证了有限元模拟结果的可靠性。研究结果可为闭开联合楔横轧工艺的轧机设计、合理确定闭式轧制轧件工艺参数和提高产品质量提供参考。

Abstract: On the basis of clarifying axial bulge and steady rolling conditions in closed cross wedge rolling, the finite element model of the billet with shaft ends forming equal diameter shaft with cross-wedge rolling was established by DEFORM-3D finite element software. The influences of the shaft end length, the step inclination angle, the step length and the section shrinkage rate on the force and energy parameters were analyzed. A 1:1 rolling experiment was carried out. The results show that during the rolling process, the maximum force and energy parameter decreases with the increase of shaft end length and step inclination angle. With the increase of step length, the maximum force energy parameter increases firstly and then decreases, and increases with the increase of section shrinkage rate. Among them, the section shrinkage rate has the greatest influence on the rolling force and rolling torque, followed by the length of the shaft end and the step inclination angle, the influence of the shaft end length is greater than that of the step inclination angle, and the minimum is the step length. The simulated rolling torque is in good agreement with the measured result, which verifies the reliability of the finite element simulation result. The research results can provide reference for the design of rolling mill of the closed-open cross wedge rolling process, reasonably determine the technological parameters of closed cross wedge rolling and improve the quality of rolled piece produced by cross wedge rolling.
