煤体应力对钻进切削力的影响

摘    要:为研究煤层钻孔过程中煤体应力与钻头切削力的关系,以水平煤层钻孔为研究对象,采用理论分析的方法,建立钻头转动切削煤体过程中钻刃与煤体的静力学模型,通过对钻头切削破岩受力进行分析,得到煤体应力与切削力的关系式;利用PFC-2D数值软件,建立钻刃与煤体的离散元模型,对钻刃切削煤体过程进行数值模拟研究,得到切削过程中切削力、裂纹的变化规律。研究结果表明:单一因素影响下切削力与煤体应力呈线性关系,切削力受切削深度、钻刃角度和煤体强度的影响;其他条件不变的情况下切削过程中裂纹产生速率随煤体应力增大而减小;切削力峰值与平均值随煤体应力呈线性变化,与理论分析结果一致。

Abstract: In order to study the relationship between coal body stress and bit cutting force during the drilling of coal seams, the drilling of horizontal coal seams was taken as the research object, and the theoretical analysis method was used to establish the statics model of the cutting edge and the coal body during the rotation of the bit by cutting the coal body. Based on the model, the relationship between coal body stress and cutting force was obtained by analyzing the cutting force of the cutting rock. Using PFC-2D numerical software, a discrete element model of the cutting edge and coal body was established. A numerical simulation study was carried out, and the change law of cutting force and crack during the cutting process was obtained. The results show that under the influence of a single factor, the cutting force has a linear relationship with the coal body stress, and the cutting force is affected by the cutting depth, the cutting edge angle, and the strength of the coal body. When other conditions keep unchanged, the crack generation speed during the cutting process varies with the coal body stress. The numerical result shows that the peak cutting force and average cutting force change linearly with the coal body stress, which is consistent with the theoretical analysis result.
