基于最小二乘支持向量机的振动切削力软测量模型及其应用

摘    要:为提高振动切削过程工件加工精度,利用最小二乘支持向量机建立振动切削力软测量模型;利用数控车床振动切削实验系统所采集数据作为最小二乘支持向量机的输入参数,振动切削力作为输出参数进行仿真分析。研究结果表明:该振动切削力软测量模型具有较高的建模精度和较强的泛化能力;对振动切削力进行软测量后,加工工件表面粗糙度平均误差可降低50%以上,圆度平均误差可降低70%以上。

Abstract: In order to enhance the accuracy of the workpiece in the process of vibration cutting, a soft sensing model on vibration cutting force was established based on least squares support vector machine. And then the model was simulated and analyzed using gathered data from vibration cutting experiment system of numerically controlled lathe as input parameters and vibration cutting force as output parameter. The simulation results show that the soft sensing model has high modeling precision and strong generalization capability. The mean error of surface roughness of the workpiece reduces by more than 50% and the mean error of the roundness of the workpiece reduces by more than 70%.
