深海富钴结壳螺旋滚筒式采集头载荷特性分析

摘    要:为了研究截齿切削钴结壳的载荷特性,根据对钴结壳切削过程中的受力分析,建立所受切削力的数学模型,并基于ANSYS/LS-DYAN进行切削过程仿真,得出不同采掘参数下截齿所受切削力的变化规律和载荷波动系数。研究结果表明:适当增加切削深度,降低牵引速度,增加螺旋滚筒转速,可以提高采掘效率,为设计和优化螺旋滚筒式采集头提供理论依据。

Abstract: To study the load characteristics of cutters cutting cobalt crust, the force in the cutting process was analyzed, the mathematical models of cutting force was established and the simulation results of cutting process were gotten based on ANSYS/LS-DYAN. The changes of cutting force and load fluctuation coefficient of cutters were gotten under different mining parameters. The simulation results show that with the increase of the cutting depth, the decrease of the traction speed and the increase of the speed of spiral roller appropriately, extraction efficiency can be improved. The conclusions above provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the collecting head in the form of spiral drum.
