摘    要：本文介绍多层神经网络模型及其改进型反向传播算法,提出了运用Turbo-C语言实现其软件工具的设计原理和方法,并经实例验证是可行的,为用户提供了一种开发多层神经网络应用的通用性软件工具CSBP.

Abstract: This paper has presented the multilayer neural networks model and its back-propagating algorithm(BP),described the principle and means about the tool software CSBP using Turbo-c.CSBP provides a general software environment to develop and apply the multilayer neural networks for users.
