板式脉动热管分层启动现象及其特性

摘    要:针对目前对板式脉动热管(FPHP)启动发生的过程及启动温度、启动时间等参数定义的模糊性,研究一种并联梯形微通道板式脉动热管的启动行为,发现板式脉动热管启动时冷端呈分层启动现象,并提出与之相适应的3个启动参数即初始启动温度、完全启动温度和启动时间以描述板式脉动热管的启动过程。研究结果表明:加热功率对启动温度影响很小,对启动时间影响显著;启动时间随倾角的增大而缩短;在相同工况下,脉动热管的冷态启动非常近似,热管工质的冷态初始分布具有相似性。

Abstract: Considering the ambiguity of the definition of the process and parameters when flat pulsating heat pipe (FPHP) works, the start-up process of a FPHP with parallel trapezoidal microchannel was experimentally investigated, and the starting temperature of condensing section was presented in order. The parameters of the initial temperature, complete starting temperature and starting time were put forward to describe the starting process of the FPHP. The results show that the heating power has little effect on the starting temperature and affects the starting time significantly. The starting time is shortened with the increase of the inclination angle. The cold starting of the FPHP is approximate under the same working condition and the initial distribution of cold state working medium is similar.
