硫化碱溶液中电积锑的电极动力学参数的测定

摘 要:本文用经典方法测定Na2S—NaOH—Na3SbS3溶液中锑电极的极化曲线,由固定电极电位进行电解的结果确定极化曲线上第一个阶段以五价锑离子还原到三价为主要反应,第二阶段是三价锑离子还原到金属锑为主,最后是氢的析出。对三价离子还原到金属锑的阶段在校正浓差极化以后获得塔菲尔直线关系,由此求得动力学参数。50℃时反应速度常数为1.54×10-4厘米/秒,an=0.54,其中a是阴极反应的传递系数,n是反应的电子数。交换电流密度为10-2安培/厘米2数量级。过程的活化能为9100卡。
Abstract: The classical method has been used to measure the polarization cur-ves of antimony in Na2S-NaOH-Na3SbS3 solution.There are three stages inthe curves.The major reaction is determimed by electrolysis at constantvoltage.At the first stage the major reaction is the reducing of pentavalentantimony ions to trivatent;at the second stage,the reducing of trivalentions to metal antimony,and at the last stage,the liberation of hydrogen.Tafel lines are obtained after correcting concentration polarization for re-ducing the trivalent antimony ions to metal,and then the dynamic parame-ters have been determined.At 50℃,the rate constant,K is 1.54×10-4-cm/sec.αn=0.54,where a isthe coefficient of transfer for cathodic process,n is the electronic numberof reaction.The exchange current density is of the order of 10-2A/cm2,andthe energy of activity is 9100 cal.
