摘    要：本文论述了矿山开发决策的基本概念及适应范围和决策在经营管理及社会经济系统中的作用。文中阐明了借助于单目标系统线性规划方法来求解矿山生产管理与科学实验常发生众多的“瓶颈”问题。并提出单双约束品位计算机法配矿在理论上和方法上的可行性。

Abstract: This paper describes the basic concept of decision on mining development andits applicable range.The functions of the decision in management and socialeconomic system have also been discussed.Many neck-bottle problems occurring inboth mining management and scientific tests may be solved by using linearprogramming method in single objective systems.This work theoretically and metho-dically clarifies the feasibility for computer-aided ore blending(CAOB)in singleor double constrained grades(S/DCG).
