摘 要:采用计算流体力学、传热学与燃烧学的原理和模型,利用英国AEA公司开发的一种实用流体工程分析软件CFX-4.1C在DEC-Alpha250工作站上进行计算,得到了阳极焙烧炉燃烧室中的准动态流场、温度场和浓度场,为阳极焙烧炉结构和操作参数的优化提供了较准确、快速且经济的研究手段.
Abstract: By means of the principle and model of computational fluid dynamics,computational combustion,computational heat transfer,using CFX4 1C software,we calculated the fluid field,temperature field and concentration field in anode baking furnace flue in DEC-Alpha 250 workstation.In this article we analyzed the fluid field,temperature field and concentration field in anode baking furnace flue in detail.This article provided a reliable accurate,rapid and economical method for optimizing structure of anode baking furnace flue and operation parameter.
