凹山磁铁精矿球团焙烧特性研究

摘    要：研究了马钢凹山磁铁精矿球团的氧化焙烧制度对成品球团矿质量的影响．研究结果表明：在焙烧时间为15min，焙烧温度为1250℃时，球团矿强度可达3000N/个．亚铁含量在氧化时间18mim时，可降至3%左右．生产优质球团矿的最佳焙烧制度为：氧化时间15min；氧化温度950℃；焙烧时间15min；焙烧温度1250℃.

Abstract: The influences of oxidation and induration program of Aoshan magnetite concentrates pellets on the quatity of final pellets are studied. The study showes that pellets strength is up to 3000 N/p when induration time is 15 min and induration temperature is 1250 ℃, FeO rate is low to 3% at 18 min oxidation time. The best induration program of producing good pellets is that oxidation time is 15 min,oxidaton temperature is 950 ℃, induration time is 15 min, and induration temperature is 1250 ℃.
