提高高硫磁铁精矿球团矿质量的研究

摘 要:采用添加剂M,能够强化高硫磁铁精矿球团的氧化固结,提高球团矿的质量.以安庆含硫1.61%(质量分数)的磁铁精矿为原料,可获得抗压强度2552 N/个,含0.018%S,1.67%FeO(质量分数),冶金性能良好的球团矿.探讨了添加剂M强化高硫磁铁精矿球团氧化固结的机理.
Abstract: Using Anqing magnetite concentrate containing 1.61%S,the oxide pellets of high-sulphur magnetite was strengthened and the quality of pellets was improved by means of the M addictive. Pellets could be obtained,with 2552 N/ball compression strength,0.018%S,1.67% FeO and agreeable metallurgical properties.The mechanism of the M addictive of the strengthening effect on the oxdizing induration of high-sulphur magnetite concetrate pellets was examined.
