摘    要:本文对金属离子Ca(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ)在细粒钛铁矿、长石体系油团聚中的行为进行了研究,根据溶液化学计算及ζ电位,吸附量和XPS测定结果可知:Ca(Ⅱ),Mg(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅲ)活化长石的主要组分分别是Ca(OH)+,Mg(OH)2(S)和Pe(OH)3(S),前者通过静电吸附于长石表面,吸附强度低,而后两者通过向长石表面沉积吸附于长石表面,吸附强度高。在上述研究基础上,进一步考查对金属离子的去活,以强化钛铁矿与长石的油团聚法分离。实验结果表明:草酸是最有效的去活剂,通过与Fe(Ⅲ)反应,形成螯合物并转入液相,达到对Fe(Ⅲ)的去活功效,这一结论被XPS测试结果所证实。

Abstract: A study of the behaviors of metal ions such as Ca(Ⅱ), Mg (Ⅱ) and Fe (Ⅲ) ions in the oil agglomeration of fine ilmenite and feldspar was described in this paper. The calculation from solution chemistry proved by the measurements of ξ-potential、adsorption and XPS shows that the predominant activation species are CaOH+, Mg(OH)2(3) Mg(OH)2(3) and Fe(OH)2(3) for Ca (Ⅱ), Mg (Ⅱ), Fe (Ⅲ) ions respectively, the former is adsorbed clectrostatically on the feldspar’s surface with weak adsorption strength, the later two, however, are adsorbed on feldspar through precipitation with strong adsorption strength. On the basis of above mentioned studies, effort was made on the investigation of deactivation of metal ions, to promote the separation of ilmenite from feldspar by oil agglomeration technique. Oxalic acid is found to be the most effective deactivator for Fe (Ⅲ) ions by forming a stable chelating compoundtrans ferred into liquid phase as revealed by XPS.
