钛铁矿—长石的捕收剂—高聚物选择性絮凝中捕收剂选择的研究

摘    要：考察了氧化石蜡皂、油酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、苄基胂酸、羟肟酸及十二胺六种捕收剂对水解聚丙烯酰胺从长石中选择性絮凝钛铁矿的影响。氧化石蜡皂可显著改善过程的选择性,而十二胺则使选择性明显降低。初步讨论了捕收剂的选择规律。

Abstract: The effect of collectors,including oxidized paraffin soap,sodium oleate, sodium dodecyl sulfate,benzylarsonic acid,hydroximic acid,dodecylamine, has been investigated in the presence of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide to selective flocculate ilmenite from feldspar.The flocculation selectivity of mixtures of ilmenite and feldspar was significantly improved by a combina- tire use of polymer with oxidized paraffin soap,however,dodecylamine shows a poor selectivity.The principle concerning the choice of the collectors is primarily discussed.
