摘    要:采用高温挤压的方法制备AZ31-0.4Nd合金管材,分析添加少量稀土元素Nd对AZ31合金挤压管材织构特征及力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加Nd有利于管材动态再结晶的发生,再结晶晶粒细小且分布均匀;添加Nd改变了合金的织构类型,弱化了基面织构;挤压管材纵向拉伸抗拉强度达236 MPa,伸长率达10.5%;管材力学性能呈各向异性,其主要原因是沿TD方向拉伸时可开动的基面滑移少、且利于 孪晶形成,从而使得沿TD方向拉伸时的抗拉强度较高而伸长率较低。

Abstract: The AZ31-0.4Nd extruded tube was manufactured at elevated temperature, and the effects of the dilute addition of rare earth element Nd on the texture characteristic and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the Nd addition contributes to the occurrence of dynamic recrystallization, resulting in the formation of fine recrystallized grains. The modification of texture characteristic and the weakening of basal plane texture can be achieved due to the Nd addition. The ultimate tensile stress is 236MPa and the elongation is 10.5% for the extruded tube. The tension test along the transverse direction shows a relatively higher stress and lower elongation. The primary reasons are due to a few activated basal plane slip systems and the formation of extension twinning in this tensile direction.
