不同结构的磷酸盐对蛇纹石的分散作用

摘    要:通过单矿物和人工混合矿的沉降实验,研究三聚磷酸钠、三偏磷酸钠和磷酸三钠3种不同结构的磷酸盐对蛇纹石的分散作用;通过Zeta电位测试、镁溶出量测试、吸附量测试,探讨磷酸盐与蛇纹石的作用机理。研究结果表明:缩合磷酸盐对蛇纹石有良好的分散作用,正磷酸盐无分散作用;对于相同磷原子的缩合磷酸盐,链状聚磷酸盐的分散能力比环状偏磷酸盐的强;3种磷酸盐的分散能力从大至小分别是三聚磷酸钠、三偏磷酸钠和磷酸三钠;不同结构的磷酸盐影响蛇纹石表面镁溶解量的程度不同以及在蛇纹石表面的吸附量不同,导致其改变蛇纹石表面电位的能力不同,这是导致其分散能力差异的重要原因。

Abstract: The dispersion effect of three kinds of phosphates, i.e. sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium trimetaphosphate and trisodium phosphate with different structures was investigated through sedimentation tests of monomineral and artificial mixed mineral. By measuring Zeta potential, resolved magnesium amount and adsorption amount, the mechanism between phosphates and serpentine was discussed. The results show that condensed phosphates can disperse serpentine effectively, but orthophosphate cannot disperse. The dispersion capability of condensed phosphates with identical phosphorus and of chain polyphosphates is better than that of loop metaphosphates. The dispersion capability of three kinds of phosphates from strong to weak is sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium trimetaphosphate and trisodium phosphate. The different structures of phosphates affect the resolved magnesium amount and their adsorption amount on serpentine surface, thus changing the surface potential of serpentine to different extents, which primarily causes the dispersion capacity difference between three phosphates.
