起泡剂对细颗粒蛇纹石浮选的影响及其机理

摘    要:为了解决细粒蛇纹石对承德某硫化铜矿浮选的恶化问题,研究起泡剂对细粒蛇纹石浮选的影响和机理。通过浮选实验、表面张力测定、最大泡沫量和泡沫稳定性测定、润湿接触角测试和泡沫水回收率测定,考察起泡剂种类和浓度、溶液表面张力、泡沫稳定性对细粒蛇纹石浮选的影响,并探讨其机理。研究结果表明:蛇纹石接触角仅为37.5°,天然可浮性差;起泡剂的加入不能改变蛇纹石的润湿性,但能显著降低液相表面张力,改变泡沫量和泡沫稳定性,影响气泡的兼并以及气泡的直径和含水量,从而影响细粒蛇纹石的浮选回收率;细粒蛇纹石浮选回收率与泡沫水回收率、泡沫稳定性具有很强的正相关性,亲水的细粒蛇纹石通过泡沫水的机械夹带上浮。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that fine serpentine deteriorates the flotation of sulfide copper ore in Chengde,the effect and mechanism of frothers on fine serpentine were studied. The effects of variety and dosage of frother,surface tension,foam stability on the floatability of fine serpentine were investigated by flotation tests, and the measurement of surface tension and contact angle, of the maximum foam volume and of the foam stability and foam water recovery rate. The mechanism of frothers on fine serpentine was analyzed. The results show that the contact angle of serpentine is only 37.5° with a poor natural floatability. The addition of frother can not change the wettability of the serpentine, but can significantly reduce the solution surface tension, change the maximum foam volume and foam stability, and affect the coalescence of bubbles, the size and water content of the bubbles, thus affect the flotation recovery of the fine serpentine. There is a strong correlation between the flotation recovery of fine grained serpentine and foam water recovery rate and the foam stability, indicating that hydrophilic fine serpentine is floated by mechanical entrainment of the foam water.
