宝钢2号高炉炉缸破损调查及机理研究

摘 要:宝钢2号高炉停炉后,对炉缸破损情况进行了宏观调查和微观的分析,发现在铁口夹角之间的碳砖侵蚀最为严重,碳砖热面普遍存在脆裂带,炉缸内不同区域的化学成分有较大差异。2号高炉长寿主要原因是炉缸整体良好的导热性能和有凝铁层的保护。而导致炉缸破损的主要原因是热应力作用和铁水对碳砖的侵蚀。
Abstract: The corrosion furnace hearth was made a macroscopical investigation and microscopical analysis after blast furnace was shut down.Results indicate that the carbon brick between the tap holes is the most seriously corroded,the brittle crack zone is evidently existed on the hot side of carbon brick,and the chemical composition in the hearth is different.The long campaign life of No.2 BF in Baosteel is owed to the high thermal conductivity hearth and protection of the solidified pig iron layer on the refractory surface,and the main reasons of hearth corrosion are the heat stress and hot metal corrosion to carbon brick.
