非直膨式太阳能热泵设计参数的优化模拟

摘    要:针对非直膨式太阳能热泵系统,建立集热器、分层水箱的数学模型。实验及模拟结果表明:集热器片数为6片、8片和10片时,系统COP分别为2.9,3.2和3.1;小容积水箱的水温和系统COP的变化速度较快,辅助能源消耗小;控制温度探头放于水箱上、中、下部时,系统COP分别为4.3,3.4和2.7。对集热器和水箱进行优化后,2009年1月下旬期间系统COP能够维持在4.8以上。

Abstract:

Based on the indirect expansion solar assisted heat pump, the mathematical models of the solar collector and stratified water tank were established. The results of experiment and simulation show that the system COP is 2.9, 3.2 and 3.1 respectively when 6, 8 and 10 pieces of solar collectors are used in the system. Compared with the system using a larger water tank, the COP of the system using a smaller water tank changes faster, and it needs less assisted energy. The system COP is 4.3, 3.4 and 2.7 respectively when the temperature probe is placed in the upper, middle and lower part of the water tank. After the optimization of the solar collector and the water tank, the system COP can maintain at 4.8 or more in late January, 2009.
