转炉钢渣粉磨特性的分形研究

摘 要:运用分形理论,依据钢渣粉磨试样的粒度分布测试结果,对其分形维数进行了理论计算,并对试样的颗粒特征进行了分析研究。结果表明,拟合曲线的线性相关系数均在0.97~1之间,说明钢渣微粉的粒度分布具有分形结构特征。随着粉磨时间的延长,钢渣微粉粒度分布的分维值逐渐增大,到一定时间后,其粒度分布的分维值增大趋于平缓。分形维数与钢渣微粉的比表面积间满足良好的线性关系,并与钢渣基水泥材料的胶凝性能间有良好的正相关性。
Abstract: In this paper,based on the particle size distribution of steel slag grinding test results,fractal theory was used to calculate its fractal dimension,and the characteristics of the sample particles are analyzed.The results show that the fitting curve of the linear correlation coefficient between 0.97-1,so the particle size distribution of steel slag powder with the characteristics of fractal structure.With the extension of grinding time,the fractal dimension of particle size distribution of steel slag powder is gradually increasing,after a certain period of time,its increase in the fractal dimension of particle size distribution tends to slow.A good linear relationship meet between fractal dimension and specific surface area of steel slag powder,and a good positive correlation with the cementitious properties of steel slag-based cement material.
