脏污对有砟道床动力特性影响的离散元分析

摘    要:为分析脏污对有砟道床动力特性的影响,建立有砟道床及脏污颗粒的离散元分析模型,研究有砟道床在脏污条件下的动力响应,并探讨脏污程度对有砟道床动力行为的影响。研究结果表明:脏污会增大列车荷载在有砟道床中的扰动范围并提高道床振动水平,道砟颗粒的振动加速度和速度基本上随着脏污程度的提高而呈线性增大;脏污会增大道砟颗粒的受力,增加道床中所受应力较大的道砟颗粒的数量;脏污颗粒会改变道砟颗粒之间的接触状态,降低道砟颗粒之间的咬合及摩擦作用,并增大有砟道床在列车荷载下产生的弹性变形及塑性变形,不利于道床稳定,易使道床产生不均匀沉降。

Abstract: The DEM(discrete element method) models of ballast bed and fouling particles were established to analyze the effect of fouling on the dynamic characteristics of ballast bed. The dynamic responses of fouling ballast bed and the influence of the fouling degree on the dynamic behaviors of the ballast bed were analyzed. The results show that the disturbance range of train load in the ballast bed is expanded and the vibration of ballast bed increases due to the fouling of ballast bed. The vibration acceleration and velocity of the ballast particles increase linearly with the increase of fouling levels. The stress of ballast particles and the number of ballast particles with higher stress increase because of the fouling. The contact states between ballast particles are changed, and the occlusion and friction between the ballast particles are reduced by the fouling particles. The elastic deformation and plastic deformation of the ballast bed under train load are increased, which is detrimental to the stability of the ballast bed and causes uneven settlement of the ballast bed easily.
