中国锂离子电池系统钴代谢分析

摘    要:采用物质流分析方法,建立锂离子电池系统中钴代谢分析模型,通过研究锂离子电池系统中钴的物质流动情况,明确锂离子电池系统与外界环境的关系,获得该系统中钴物质流动基本规律。结合统计数据、文献和专家访谈,以2012年中国锂离子电池系统为研究背景,将钴的资源效率和环境效率作为锂离子电池系统中钴物质流动的评价指标。研究结果表明:中国锂离子电池系统中钴的资源效率和环境效率分别为1.185 t/t和2.749 t/t,提高钴的循环率和降低钴的排放率将有利于提高锂离子电池系统中钴的资源效率和环境效率。

Abstract: By implementing the method of substance flow analysis, cobalt flow analysis model of lithium-ion battery system was developed based on the cobalt substance flow diagram of lithium-ion battery system in its life cycle, the relationship between lithium-ion battery system and its external environment was established and the elementary rules of cobalt substance flow in lithium-ion battery system were obtained. The resource efficiency and environment efficiency of cobalt were chosen as the evaluation parameters of cobalt flow state in the lithium-ion battery system in 2012 with statistics, literatures and interviews. The results indicate that the resource efficiency and environment efficiency of cobalt in lithium-ion battery system are 1.185 t/t and 2.749 t/t respectively. Improving the cobalt cycle rate and decreasing the cobalt discharge rate are efficient ways to increase the resources efficiency and environment efficiency of cobalt in lithium-ion battery system.
