摘    要:针对传统设备检测和故障诊断方法的一些不足之处,着重讨论了专家系统在大型电机故障诊断系统中的应用及有关理论,提出了神经网络和自学习控制相结合的控制策略,大大提高了系统的诊断能力,确 保了系统的安全性.该理论应用于调相机故障诊断系统,经过1年多的现场运行,效果良好,诊断快速性和准确性得到提高,确保了调相机的正常运行,同时减轻了技术人员的工作量.

Abstract: With the continuous development of national economy and the improvement of science technology, it become more and more important to ensure the stability and security of large instrument. Since there are some disadvantages with the conventional methods of fault diagnosic system, the application and concerning theories of expert system used in the fault diagnostic system have been discussed in the paper, and the strategy of combining neural networks with self-learning has been advanced so that the diagnostic ability of the system has been improved and the security of the system has been well maintained. The system design and software flow chat have been advanced in this paper and they have been also well applied in the diagnostic system of adjust phase. The diagnostic system has been run well in plant for more than one year and has detected a malfunction so that the fault was eliminated in time.
