加筋夯土墙片的平面内抗剪性能试验

摘    要:对由废弃混凝土夯筑而成的试件进行抗压试验、劈裂试验及墙片斜压试验,研究水泥稳定夯土材料在静载作用下的破坏特征及强度特性,并着重研究夯土墙片的平面内抗剪性能及各种加筋形式对其抗剪性能的影响。此外,根据试验结果,参考澳大利亚混凝土结构设计规范AS 3600—2009建议的抗剪强度计算公式,探讨水泥稳定夯土材料抗压强度与抗剪强度之间的相互关系。研究结果表明:这种材料的抗压强度、抗剪强度、抗拉强度可分别达到8.68~10.11,1.55和1.01~1.23 MPa;加筋夯土墙片的抗剪强度、延性可分别提高6%~42%和35%~92%;采用聚丙烯纤维可使墙片的刚度提高49%;钢筋的位置及布置方向对其与夯土间的黏结性能有明显影响。且对于竖向分层夯筑的试件,按规范AS 3600—2009公式计算的抗剪强度比试验结果的抗剪强度大。

Abstract: The compression test, splitting test and wall diagonal compression test of the samples made out of recycled concrete aggregates were conducted under static load to study their failure characteristics and strength behavior of cement-stabilized rammed earth materials. In particular, the in-plane shear behavior of rammed earth wall was investigated, and the effect of different reinforcement on the in-plane shear behavior of panels was also studied. Finally, according to the shear strength formula proposed in the concrete code AS 3600—2009, the correlation between shear strength and compressive strength was discussed for the cement-stabilized rammed earth. The results show that this material has a compressive strength of 8.68-10.11 MPa, the shear strength of 1.55 MPa and the tensile strength of 1.01-1.23 MPa. All the reinforcements embedded in the panels increase the shear strength and pseudo-ductility of panels, respectively ranging from 6% to 42% and from 35% to 92%, but only the panel with polypropylene fibers exhibits a toughness increment up to 49%. And the results of the panel with steel mesh show that the reinforcement position and orientation have a great influence on the bonding between the steel bars and the rammed earth matrix. The calculated shear strength according to the formula in the code AS 3600—2009 is greater than that of the panel vertically rammed in layers.
